Charisse Miller: Feature Writer

Hi, my name is Charisse Miller. I’m 20 and currently studying for my HND in Media & Communications at City of Glasgow College.

I am interested in writing and editing because I get the chance to create works, such as articles/short stories, and create something that matters.

A woman in the media who inspired me is Ana Huang. Ana is an author who writes contemporary romances that feature characters with different ethnic backgrounds or characters with struggles, such as OCD, ADHD, being mute, childhood trauma and more.

My hopes for the future are to work in publishing/editing. However, I do also enjoy working on social media posts and wouldn’t mind working on content creation for marketing new books releasing or current projects for the publishing industry.
